Steve takes a data-driven approach when designing food service venues. His main focus when designing a Bar or Kitchen is efficiency, having the ability to serve product as quickly and consistently as possible while maintaining a comfortable working environment.

Steve has a strong collaborative approach to his work both within the PDI team and externally. He recognizes and values the importance of integration and collaboration across all areas but particularly between the operational elements and the interior aesthetics of a venue.

Outside of work you’ll find Steve spending time with his family, sketching, eating out and keeping fit.
